The objective was to engineer a premium interior visualization package for the Wisla Apartments investment complex, focusing on finalizing specific interior finishing schemes with the investor. Real estate development projects require absolute clarity when selecting material palettes and furniture layouts. The project aimed to demonstrate how a unified, high-end interior arrangement seamlessly adapts to two completely different apartment sizes, providing a definitive visual proof of concept for the developer.

Technical CGI Engineering

The technical execution required absolute visual consistency across distinct architectural floor plans. We developed a standardized master PBR material library, capturing the exact textures of luxury woodwork, natural stone, and tailored textiles to ensure they rendered identically across both spaces. Lighting rigs were carefully optimized for each unique square footage, balancing natural window daylight with recessed ambient fixtures to preserve the intended spatial mood and highlight the fine structural details requested by the investor.
